Accra (Ghana), January 27, 2020: Blackbull Equities Ltd. announced today that the listing of Yellow Gold Ltd. with headquarters in Accra, Ghana. On January 25, 2020, Yellow Gold started its IBO (Initial Blockshare Offering) on BEX. The block shares of Yellow Gold Ltd. will be tradable on BEX under the Symbol YGD starting on February 29, 2020.
Yellow Gold Ltd. is a mining and investment company that owns more than 300 mining licenses to explore, develop and extract gold in Ghana and Namibia. The extracted materials are refined and prepared for sale. Yellow Gold Ltd.’s main focus is gold, but the company strives also to create value with diversified investments such as in renewable energy in the form of solar parks, urban transport, uPVC, in the HDPE pipes production, and with the participation in the construction of the Kumasi City Airport.
